It all started January 27,2008 at the Cleveland Indians press conference, I took my best friend of 13 years along with me.We are both 25 yrs. old. While sharing a laugh she said "megs i think i might be pregnant." I quickly replied in a jokingly manner "well if you are, don't be scared. If you want i'll tell Mike (my fiance of 4 years) we want to have a baby and i'll be pregnant with you....WE"LL DO IT TOGETHER!!!!! Brushing my comment off she continued to tell me about her lower cramps and the fact that she took 5 pregnancy tests and was still in denial...at that point i diagnosed her myself haha!

2 Weeks later i felt lower cramps (like the one my freind was telling me about) so i jumped off the couch and went and bought a cheap test...sitting on the toilet awaiting the results i fell into laughter as the test turned positive within seconds before my eyes! i could stop laughing because all i could think about was that day on jan. 7th i made that comment. I called the doc, and it turned out i too was pregnant. My friend was absolutely in shock, haha as was my fiance!

At any rate we were pregnant together and our babies were born 2 wks apart!!!!! it was great fun going through our pregnancy together and i' have learned my lesson on jokes haha.. but she had a baby boy and i had the little girl! We're both so happy! ALSO....SHE SHOWED UP AT MY SHOWER WEARING THE SAME DRESS AS ME...I TELL YOU TWO PEAS IN A POD HER AN I!
