I a'm 32 and a first time mom, I found out i was pregnant when i was only 3 weeks , i started to spot, at first i didnt understand why if my period wasn't due until a week later so i found out it was implantation bleeding , my nipples started hurting i also felt a hungerness that i never felt before so i did my preg test and yes i was pregnant, i had a good pregnancy i never felt nausea or vomited up to 8 months ,that's when i started to get so tired my back hurted all the time and the worst i was swollen all over and stood swollen even a month after my labor, on the 10 month it was hell for me, i couldn't sleep anymore because i passed most of the night in the restroom until finally on february 25,09 I woke up spotting i didn't go to the hospital because i was waiting for my labor pains which came at 9:00pm , since they were mild pains i waited until they became closer together or my water broke which ever came first, so on Feb 26 at 5:00 a.m my water broke, i wasnt sure my water broke becuase of the stories i heard, i went to the hospital anyways just to make sure and yes it was my water, i was only 2 cm , i was like what??? only 2 what about the pains i had all night. the nurse checked my pressure and it was at 155, so they put me on med , then later started to have real labor pains which where getting worse and worse every hour, i really didn't wanted to take the epidurall but at 4:00 pm when i was 7 cm. i couldn't stand the pain anymore and thinking that i still had 3 more hours of pain i said no more, please give me the epidurall, since i got it it was heaver, my blood pressure also stabilized, finally at 7:33pm after 3 pushes my precious daughter was born.
