hi.my son is 15 months old and very active and already started talking,and some are real words.You can communicate with him,and understand whatever he wants.Grandma is taking care of him while i'm working,but most of the times i'm with him every afternoon,spending time most of the times with friends that have babies around my son's age.He is socializing quite a lot for his age.
my concern is that there is a trend in my country for the children to go to kindergarten/day care,around the age of 2.Some say it's great for the child,some say, if you don't have any problem with the persons taking care of your child,take the kid to school at the age of 3.they even say,it is better at the age of 3 because that is the age that children are really starting to understand socialization and sharing experiences.
