It irks me when I see babies and toddlers dressed really inappropriately. One time I saw a 9/10 month old girl in 35-40 degree weather with no socks, thin jeans, and a jersey style shirt. There was no jacket or anything. That baby couldn't tell her parents she was cold so she just had to suffer. I thought it was wrong.
