I have found that, for me, the earlier in the day I get my exercise in, the better. So, I usually will eat a small breakfast and then get started on my activity soon after.

I've also discovered that I am not a person who likes to exercise later in the day. I like to get it done & overwith and get on with life as early in the day as my body will allow me to wake up.
