I've been following the Weight Watchers program off & on for about 7 years now. In that time (while counting points) I've lost over 80 lbs. When I stopped counting and stopped working out regularly (I work out at home), I regained over 40 lbs. I've learned that following the program as it's intended is important to me and that it really does work.

One of the reasons that I chose this program for my weight loss is that I can eat normal, every day foods, in moderation. This means I'm not making 2 seperate dinners so that my family gets what they want. We all eat the same things, I just watch my portion sizes and keep track. So, if my family wants meatloaf & mashed potatoes, I can eat them too! Sure saves on money when we all eat the same thing!
