I work at home as a medical transcription and have an on-line travel business. My kids are now in elementary school so after they get on the bus at 7:00 I try to work out for about an hour. I make a habit of just doing it every day. There's no thinking about if I feel like it or not. Then it's off to the shower and back to work until they get home at 3:00.
