It's hard to fit walking and other exercise into a day that's already too busy to spare even one extra moment, but since my job requires me to sit at a computer most of the day, I've had to come up with some creative solutions to help me keep moving: (1) I replaced my standard desk chair with one of those fitness ball chairs so the whole time I'm working I'm tightening my abs and focusing on balancing my body on the ball seat. (2) I purchased a small personal cycle and stepper that I can stick under my desk and use while I'm sitting on that ball chair to get my lower body moving (this also helps me avoid swelling in my feet and ankles). (3) I have some small handweights beside the desk that I can use at any time that I don't require both hands for typing so my arms are getting stronger and firmer, too. With these small changes, I've lost 30lbs. in the past few months and still get the job done at work. :)
