I fit walking into my busy schedule by doing it on my lunch hour, that way I don't have any "mom guilt" about leaving the kids or not getting something done around the house during that time. I do a quick 20 minute walk and then grab a light lunch, I have more energy for the afternoon and I feel good for doing something that's just for me.
