It was my birthday and my 3 year old girl was upstairs in my room watching a movie while me and my husband were watching our own downstairs. She normally always came to us to tell us what was happening in her movies. After about 45 minutes when she did not come down I decided to go check on her. When I got to the top of the stairs I heard her little foot steps run across the floor in my room and heard her dive into my bed. When i got into the bed room I saw the lump under my covers first... then i saw the hair... all over the floor and bed. She had gotten into my sewing basket that is tucked up in my closet, found my sheers, and had proceded to cut all the hair off one side of her head! I didn't know weather to laugh or cry or completely freak out on her. When I asked her what she was doing she just said "I had a bad idea but it got stuck in my hair." It was so funny i couldnt help but laugh. It was interesting the looks we got from everyone when we took her to the hair dresser to try and fix the self haircut she had, and now a year later her hair has grown out a bit but we all laugh about her "bad idea."
