When DS was about three I put him down for a nap, turned the monitor on and proceeded to get some housework done. Over an hour or so I could hear DS chatting away and what sounded like him playing quietly in his crib. I finally decided he was not going to take a nap so I went into his room to get him and have lunch. When I opened his bedroom door the stench about knocked me over. He had crawled out of his crib, opend a jar of Vick's Vapor Rub and he had smeared it all in his hair, all over his bedroom window and all over his curtains. The odor was making my eyes water and he was merrily playing in it. Needless to say it was a horrible mess to clean up.
