
While most recognizable for her top-four performance on Bravo's Top Chef: Chicago, chef Antonia Lofaso has been in the kitchen for most of her life. Now she is sharing her love of cooking not only with her family, but with Momtourage.com.
Antonia is a mother who enjoys sharing her love of all things food with her daughter, Xea. She uses her time in the kitchen with her daughter not only to spend quality time together, but to teach Xea lessons on cooking, nutrition and culinary customs from around the globe.
Born in Long Island and raised in Los Angeles, Lofaso spent her early years in the kitchen with her Italian family, helping her mother with holiday meals and assisting her father at his restaurant. After attending the French Culinary Institute, she went on to work at diverse locations in New York and L.A., including the famed Spago restaurant.

Currently based out of L.A., Lofaso is the Executive Chef of Foxtail Restaurant & Lounge in West Hollywood. She is inspired to create food that people love to eat, whether it's traditional French dishes or new twists on American classics.
